HOW TO SHOP

Choose your item.
Choose your design. Logo options are: lake, dog or CLA. White or Black Ink will be used to complement the shirt color.
Tee and Hoodie logos and layouts are shown under each item's color options.
Click on the size chart for each item to help select the right size.
As all items are customized, they are NOT returnable unless the product is damaged or defective. Because of this, we HIGHLY recommend measuring before purchasing and paying attention to styles marked with phrases like tailored, fitted, or structured. These items are designed to be closer fitting, and some customers prefer to order these at 1-2 sizes larger.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up or shipped. Barring any stock issues or shipping delays, this is usually within 2-3 weeks.

PICK-UP / DELIVERY

You can save shipping costs and pick up your purchase at D R Designs, 980 Western Avenue, Manchester.
Or you can have your purchase shipped for $16.00 - Continental US only.

RETURNS

Customized items are NOT returnable unless the product is damaged or defective. Some item samples are available for sizing at D R Designs. These items are indicated in red in the description area.

GARMENT CARE

Turn the item inside out to protect the custom designs.
Avoid washing the item with other clothing that might cause damage (e.g., zippers, buttons, etc.).
Choose a mild detergent.
If possible, allow the item to air dry.
